Networking and Program Development: In support of its goal of establishing connections with like-minded scholars, the staff hosted informal virtual meetings with emerging and established academics throughout the year. In addition, we organized virtual planning meetings and conference calls with the scholars we collaborated with in our programs. We also attended virtual events related to our mission of fostering cultures of .

Due to the restrictions placed on social gatherings during the Covid19 pandemic, the , along with virtually every cultural and arts organization in Connecticut, cancelled their 2020-2021 season of live , plays and events.During 2021, the drew on their extensive library of video taped , making these outstanding performances available on the Organizations web site free of charge. With the wide availability of vaccines in the first half of 2021 and the relaxing by the State of social distancing in June of 2021, live became practical once more. The had a full season of six during the year. The Organization is currently planning to have eight during the next year which will include a special 25th anniversary celebration.
